Just to let you know, Jisho doesn't make any of the dictionary entries. They come from free sources. So, the way to incorporate other languages would be to find freely available databases for those languages. I'm not sure if the creator has ever discussed his intention with expanding to other languages, but he seems pretty busy.
JMdict, which is the main dictionary database that Jisho uses, already includes Portuguese meanings for some entries. If you are interested in contributing more data I suggest reading more about it here https://www.edrdg.org/wiki/index.php/JMdict-EDICT_Dictionary_Project
Jisho only shows English translations at the moment, but I might consider adding other languages in the future.
Support for other languages
Hi! I'm Brasilian. If possible, I'd like to cooperate in order to offer the Jisho.org in Portuguese as well. I can translate all the meanings of the words.
