Jisho.org provides an OpenSearch description at https://jisho.org/opensearch.xml, which has a typical URL template: So, when I add that search engine and use it with multiple words, the browser encodes the space character as ‘+’ in the URL as usual, but Jisho doesn't decode it back so it searches literally for the words joined by ‘+’ and fails.
