The example sentence for definition 2 doesn't match the meaning

１人の生徒がベイスン通りで車にひかれた。
A student was run over by a car on Basin Street.

This is using 通リ as street, not as roughly/about

Thanks for reporting this (and sorry for me being slow). I've fixed this in Tatoeba by moving the sentence to the third meaning for 通り. It should show correctly on Jisho in about a week.
