It's not in all native Japanese dictionaries either, since I'm assuming it's a relatively recent neologism. But in any case, Jisho doesn't create entries themselves. They use publicly available databases. If you submitted a word to the appropriate database (in this case JMDict) then it would eventually show up in Jisho.

オンスケ Word meaning missing
Watching a Netflix series called Followers just found out a word that has been used there which is オンスケ (On schedule) would be nice to add it on Jisho for future references :)
