Comic panel translation

I'm doing a short comic for a friend and I was wondering how to best word the last panel in Japanese. It's essentially

"You came.... For me?"

As in "you came here to save me?" In an unbelieving happy way. I know the words to direct translate. But I don't know if there's a better way to say it in Japanese.

Thank you.

What about something in the lines of 助かった ?

As with all translation, context would shape the exact wording of it a lot, but without knowing anything else a fairly general translation would be 「来て・・・くれた?」

So. The girl getting saved was the champion's enemy (a mini boss ish). Champion defeated her. Then her boss (main bar guy) spirited her away, what have you. And now she's been imprisoned / tortured and the champion shows up to Save her (during his quest to defeat the final boss. But in this 'chapter' the detour to save her is the main scene.)

So, she didn't expect to be saved. And she's still acting all tough and resisting torture and such. But she has no hope of being saved. And then when the champion shows up she just kind of breaks into tears that they would come to save her, etc.

to reply.
