A quick google search turns up things like 用益権 / 用益物権 (the right to use and profit from). That's what I'm guessing the most common context is.
I can't imagine saying "What are the uses and benefits of ramune and pizza" personally.

用益 in a sentence?
does anyone know if its possible to use this in a sentence such as
"what are the health benefits of eating junk food?"
i was thinking something like
but i'm still unsure.. can anyone confirm??
