For example, 行く，its will form is 行こう and its will-not form is 行くまい. These are not included in the inflections table. why is so? Another example, 看る, its will form is 見よう, and its will-not form is 見まい. why don't we show them in its inflections table? Leebo at 2019-09-03 05:29:36 UTC In the lingo of the inflections table, those would be volitional (affirmative and negative). The table also doesn't have the stem form (though you can work backwards from the ます form and remove the ます to get it), ば conditional, the ら conditional, or some other less common forms as well.
