Reading of 来

I believe the correct reading of 来 in this specific case would be き(as opposed to らい)

I think that given the translation "Come on over", こい (来い) , the command form for 来る makes more sense.

How would you fit こい into 来な?

来な, from what I've seen when people have asked about this on HiNative and whatnot, is like a short, friendlier version of 来なさい (command form of 来る) and is read きな.

I would fit it as こい + particle な. Did not know about this friendlier version of きなさい, looks like I was definitely wrong here.
