Does it happen only when you are logges in or always?
I have no clue about this issue but I siggest you to clear the cache and the cookies and temporary files of the browser (to do so, most popular browsers accept the shortcut Ctrl + Shif + Delete, press them to acces the dialog) and after that, close and restart the browser. It may help.
Thanks for the answer, but it does not seem to work. I'm using Safari and when I open Jisho on Chrome it appears normal, but on Safari it has this weird appearance now, where the Kanji's are at the bottom of the page :( I want to have them back on the right side of the screen..... Any other idea what I could try?
Ahhh I fixed it! It was Command + - to zoom back out. Apparently once you zoom in it stays like this.

Make Kanji's appear on the right on Jisho
Guys I accidentally pressed some buttons and now the Kanji's & Names etc don't appear on the right side anymore, but on the bottom of the page, so I have to scroll through vocabulary first to see them! Please help me, how do I revert this?? :((
