or technology.
未来的な技術を持つ車。A car that has futuristic technology.
miraitekina gijutsu wo motsu kuruma.

Not much of of a help perhaps, but ive always used,
技術的 technical,
and ofcourse
技術用語 (ぎじゅつようご）technical term,
