Mis-match in tone of translation

Since the first part of the sentence uses medical terms, I suggest "hypoxia" instead of "oxygen deficiency". This would be more normal for a medical person to use, and "oxygen deficiency" sounds odd (and too literal a translation of the word from Japanese) to a native speaker.
