This is an entry taken from Wikipedia and none of those feature readings (probably because there is no easy consistent way of getting them from the articles). And yeah as you can see, it's taken from the page for the novel (小説), so of course it links there. Honestly, the Wikipedia entries have a lot of problems like this one, I assume depending on which article is rated as the most relevant to the word by Wikipedia itself.

Yeah, that seems to be intentional, with 小説 in the entry.
Presumably these entries based on Wikipedia articles are just generated automatically.

The reading for this name is missing - of course, I already know that it's Kinkaku-ji, but it should probably be added anyway.
