It is japanese keigo, a humble term added on other verbs. Something like 宜しくお願い致します(よろしくおねがいたします)。Just add it after a dictionary form verb then add a ます or ました in the end. At least that's what I observed.

You can more or less use it as the 謙譲語 equivalent for する
