Did you try scrolling up to the very top? It should work in Chrome. However, the Steam browser doesn't equal Chrome just because it uses the CEF.
Actually, if it's the first item on the screen, it doesn't open too. It's not the problem of scrolling up... I'm using Firefox now but I prefer Chrome...
Could you check if there are any Javascript errors? If you right click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect" and the "Console" in the window that appears. If there are any red errors listed there it might help explain what's going on.

Sorry, actually I've put "かわいがって" at the search bar. You can see it inside of the error. So this is the error that shows when I search for "かわいがって". It's the same error for any input, though.

I've disabled it and now it works. However, I really like the font that I was trying to force. I'm going to test with another similar extension. If you can find the error because of this extension, it would be cool. If I disable the extension, and then load the page, all I was complaining about works like a charm. If I enable it again, it still works, but when I reload the page the problem remain. It is this extension...
I've noticed that since I disabled this extension, now the Facebook notifications, that wasn't working too, now are working. Pretty buggy that shit.Uninstalled it...

I'm trying to force the Source Han Serif font. I like it... I think I'm going to give up of it...
Glad you found the issue! I’m considering adding Source Han Sans to the default jisho font stack. That way people who have it installed will get that.

Some buttons aren't working on Chrome
I use Windows 7 64 bits and the most recent version of Chrome (63.0.3239.108). Some buttons, like "show inflections", "login", whose links has just a "#" attached to them don't work. For example, if I search for 付く, the link will be www.jisho.org/付く# for some buttons and these buttons don't do anything on my Chrome. Right now, I'm using the browser from Steam because I'm playing and such.
