Presumably google recognizes it as the Chinese way to write Lisbon. Japanese uses リスボン.
It’s nit common to write cities with kanji in modern Japanese, so you won’t find this in Jisho or most other dictionaries.
Jisho does give the Kanji for Paris & London though.

Nothing comes up. Presumably it has never been used in Japanese. Take it up with the Japanese, not with Jisho.
Looking in a few more j-j dictionaries and j-e dictionaries I couldn’t find the kanji of either city. I would argue that having any of them in Jisho is superfluous. But at least Paris and London have a note that they are normally written using kana.

If they include it in JMdict it will show up on Jisho as well.

I would argue that adding Lisbon is a good idea. BTW I have seen the spelling 巴里 on a modern map before myself. (Not London or Lisbon's Kanji version, though.)
Yup, it seems Wikipedia seems to confirm its Japanese and not Chinese. I'll submit it to JMdictDB and see if they think it'd be worthy of adding.

All that Wikipedia link does is acknowledge that there is a version of Lisbon written in Chinese characters, which we've known from the start. Japanese is not the only language that uses Chinese characters.
Well at the top it says 日本で用いられていた（または現在でも使われることがある）漢字表記の一覧である so...
"This is a list of kanji used in Japan (or it may be used now)"
Still haven't seen about how much it was used in Japanese, but it's clearly used in modern Chinese and not in modern Japanese. I don't know why you're arguing the other way around.

Jisho doesnt seem to recognize the kanji for lisbon, 里斯本, nor does it give the Kanji when Lisbon is searched.
