Hm... My gut says no. 好き嫌い often gets used in the context of food, to indicate someone's preferences about what they like or don't like. Or, when talking about pickiness. If you want to know what 佐藤さん thinks about Egypt, you could say something like 佐藤さんのエジプトについての感想は何ですか。
