Alternate meaning: after someone's name = "and the others"

This meaning should probably be added to the entry for たち. For example: 岳志たち = Takeshi and the others.

I think that's already included in the meaning of "pluralizing suffix".

I agree that it's covered by "pluralizing suffix". But it could definitely use a clearer explanation.
