1. Syncretic politicsSyncretic politics or spectral-syncretic is any of a number of types of politics outside of the conventional left-right political spectrum. Syncretic politics rejects association with left-wing, right-wing, and centrist politics. This term is especially used by some scholars to describe the political nature of fascism. Other ideologies and politicians have rejected the left-right political spectrum, including such prominent figures as Ronald Reagan.
