1. Yasuma TakadaYasuma Takada was an influential sociologist and economist and is most widely known for his power theory of economics. Takada was born in the village of Toutoumi, Ogi District, Saga Prefecture, Japan, part of what is now the City of Ogi. In July 1910 he graduated from Kyoto Imperial University. He started teaching as an assistant professor of law at Kyoto University in September 1914. In June 1919, he transferred to Hiroshima Teachers College (広島高等師範学校) as a full professor.
