1. Jiang ZiyaLü Shang (Chinese: 呂尚; fl. 11th century BC) was an ancient Chinese military strategist who helped King Wen of Zhou and King Wu of Zhou overthrow the Shang Dynasty. After King Wu established the Zhou Dynasty, he was enfeoffed at Qi, which later developed into a powerful state in the Spring and Autum and Warring States periods. Lü Shang was the first ruler of the state of Qi and posthumously known as Duke Tai of Qi .
