1. Tosa Kuroshio RailwayThe Tosa Kuroshio Railway is a railway company in Kōchi Prefecture, Japan. The name comes from the province of Tosa and Kuroshio Current. The third sector company (in Japanese sense), founded in 1986, took a former Japanese National Railways (JNR) line, Nakamura Line, and later two JNR planned lines those constructions were halted halfway through, Sukumo and Asa lines. This is one of the few Japanese railway operator that provide its official website in Japanese, English, and French.
