It doesn't appear below the word on my screen, but it does seem farther away from the word than usual.

Oh! What an interesting bug :)
It looks like this is the case for a handful of words where the furigana alignment can't assign the kana to individual kanji. Ultimately it's a styling issue, and because those are a little hard to fix and deploy on the current Jisho, and the actual data displayed is correct, I will not fix it on the current site, but will make sure that the new Jisho displays these correctly.
