This is a discussion about ものか

Feminine alternative

I noticed this was labeled as male language so is there an equivalent to ものか・もんか for female speakers?

As far as I know, there's no female version. It said Male language in this case because it is a very frank and antagonistic way to express disagreement that mostly only used by males.
The more standard way is probably 「というのですか?」 e.g. 正しいものか?=正しいというのですか? As if/in no way that was correct.
e.g. 許すものか?=許すというのですか? As if Im gonna forgive (you).

this is a neutral, (barely) polite version.
"Barely" because no matter how dressed up this version is, the meaning and the way it express disagreement is still too strong and frank. it's like saying "you are simply wrong" and saying "it is in my humble opinion that you are simply wrong".

Though there are some terms that are grammatically/pragmatically only for male or female, most male/female label just roughly mean Frank and Polite.
