They do both mean to reduce the price of something. However, 値引き is more likely to be used when the reason for the price reduction is due to some kind of flaw, or a mistake by the seller. 割引 is more of a general price reduction intended to encourage sales.

hi everyone,
ı was studyıng kanjı and I notıced that I cant recognıze exactly difference between 割引 and 値引. are they just too similar and can be used ınstead of the other one ?Or ıf you know the poınt share with me please :D thanks.
