How to differentiate these sentences in Spoken Japanese

How, if speaking only with no kanji to differentiate, would I communicate the following:

"I like to write weird stuff"
"I like to draw weird stuff"
"I like to paint weird stuff."

imagine you say that in real context, in my opinion, whichever you actually mean wouldnt make any difference in the listener mind when they imagine it :)) or considering when you say it they probably already seen u in action so they got the picture already or if u say that out of the blue they just focus on the fact that you are weird :D
