Sometimes the difference between the Japanese and Chinese reading are very big and sometimes it's almost the same.
If you look up the On-Readings for the Kanji 諸 葛 亮, they are sho, katsu and ryou.

I saw your other post about how Japanese uses on-yomi to convert Chinese names to Japanese, and I was wondering what happens if the reading from on-yomi doesn’t sound very “Japanese-like”.
Most Chinese names convereted to Japanese dont sound very "Japanese-like" and you can usually tell they aren't real Japanese names.

Hello I asked a similar question to this about what it would look like in japanese but I was wondering how it would be pronounced by japanese people. My chinese name is 愉志民 which is pronouncd as yu zhi min in chinese but I have read other posts saying that when they used japanese pronounciation it was very different. Such as Zhuge Liang 諸葛亮. His courtesy name was Kong Ming 孔明. In Japanese, his kanji name is still 諸葛亮, but the pronunciation is Shokatsu Ryou. I would really appreciate some help since I am still a beginner.
