converting chinese name to japanese

Hello I was wondering what my chinese name would be in japanese. My name is 愉志民. I would really appreciate some help since I am still a beginner and am unable to fully understand how to convert names into japanese.

Japanese people read chinese names using the japanese ON-reading.

For example 毛 泽东 (Mao Zedong) is read as もう たくとう (Mou Takutou)
So 愉志民 would be ゆ しみん (yu shimin)
