Some strange examples for する

Hello, some of the examples for meanings of する seem to be unrelated to the particular meaning:

  1. to place, or raise, person A to a post or status B​Usually written using kana alone, form (for senses 11-14) : AをBにする
    ゆっくりうんてん運転しなさい。Drive slowly.

  2. to transform A to B; to make A into B; to exchange A for B​Usually written using kana alone
    またあお会いしましょう。See you around.

  3. to make use of A for B; to view A as B; to handle A as if it were B​Usually written using kana alone
    ちょうどしゅっぱつ出発しようとしていた。I was about to start.

These are actually meanings 11, 12, and 13 in the entry for する, the forum renumbered them as 1, 2 and 3 in the above post!

It's probably because of Markdown syntax that they're converted to 1, 2, 3.

Yeah ok if you backslash-escape the dot after the number then it doesn't create an Element.

Great now my post was butchered, too. ol (ordered list)-Element is what I meant. I wish there was a preview function before submitting a comment.

Looks like the examples sentences has become out of sync with the dictionary definitions. This happens occasionally as they are managed by two separate databases. I'll update the sentences, and it should show correctly on Jisho in a week.
