If you want a word that is actually understandable and has only Kana, then there's already コキュ. If you want to mimic the pronunciation of the English word "cuckold" in Katakana, then カカルド or カコルド sounds much better to me.

To my ear, you might use either of those suggestions, or perhaps コカルド. There isn't really an 'uh' sound in Japanese, so neither vowel fits perfectly, as is often the case when transliterating English and other foreign languages into katakana.

Cuckold in Kana
me and my friends were discussing what kana characters would form the world cuckold
So we finally agreed that 「カークオールド」is the perfect world to represent cuckold in japan.
