The furigana system treats it like the whole word is a single kanji. This is confusing and incorrect. It should have the の over the first kanji, it should not show a り that is already written as kana, and it should show the こ over the second kana. The code that creates furigana needs to be updated for sentences to match the better algorithm that we use for words. I'll see if I can get that done in the current round of sentence code fixes.
