What do you think about a word of the day? Worth it?

do you guys think that a word of the day would be good? for example, a little content div on the front page that when clicked, will take you to the page for the word/kanji. though im not sure how to inquire about this besides here.

Word of the week is good - it gets me reading and the easier reading level is motivating.
