This happens because the source data doesn't always include readings for the sentences and then I have to generate it automatically, which isn't always 100% correct.

Five wrong sentences with まな
If you search sentences with まな, you will find five sentences with the kanji "愛" which are indicated to be pronunced as "まな/mana" as above sentence has. Those five are all wrong, their pronunciation should be "あい/ai".
In modern Japanese, we pronounce "愛" as "まな/mana" only as a noun prefix to add the meaning of ”favorite” or "one's beloved":
- 愛娘(まなむすめ), one's beloved daughter.
- 愛弟子(まなでし), a favorite pupil/deciple. There would not be so many examples with this usage.
And I found another wrong pronunciation is used in many sentences with "愛" as "いと"; correctly, they should be "あい". I wonder why such things happened?
