the furigana should read とじま because　戸締り　＝　とじまり

Yes, this is a bug on my end. I was working on a fix last week but haven't finished it yet as I was trying to find a great solution. In the short run I might have to do a simpler solution that removes furigana in a few cases like this where I can't guarantee it to be correct.
